Voices Against Violence (#VAVWomen) is an initiative by The Smile Outreach dedicated to amplifying the stories of women driving change in the fight against GBV.
Evolving from our VAV24 event, this initiative shines a light on trailblazing women from diverse fields—advocates, educators, legal experts, healthcare workers, media personalities, and community leaders—who are fearlessly challenging injustice and building safer communities for women and girls.
Through a digital and print magazine, media features, and a powerful awareness campaign, #VAVWomen is ensuring that the voices of these changemakers reach every corner of Nigeria and beyond.
